They were not too strict about the word healthy. Most jarred sauces have HFCS or sugar added. Most pre-cooked chickens are brined in a sugar and salt mix. It is surprising how much sugar the meat can absorb.

Most Tomato sauces have far too much sodium.

The one I found to have the least (more than 60% less) and is quite good is Chateau by Pastene
