100-Calorie Oatmeal Toppings

Posted: 03/06/2012 8:38 am

Think beyond brown sugar to kick up the flavor and texture of your bowl. Swirl, sprinkle or top with any one of these options for less than 100 calories. (Even bacon! It's surprisingly good.)

I made a baked carrot cake oatmeal this past weekend. Sooo good and healthy too!

honey, just honey is the best for me. I eat my oatmeal almost all the other ways - nuts, fruit, even chocolate chips (white or dark)/buterscotch chips, cinnamin/ground clove/ginger/nutmeg (all accptable complements to pancakes and cookies too) but just add some honey and that is fine.
