Politicians get loads of letters, e-mails, phone calls and even Tweets a year. For instance, Congress receives more than 200 million emails annually. Obviously, most get junked. In this video for Congress.org I explore some helpful tips on how to get your message through the clutter. Essentially, keep it simple, short and sweet (even if you're angry). And be sure to let your lawmaker know that you are a voter.
