Hey, you can find the fact-checking here, at ProgressiveAccountability.org.
Below a sampling from the index the organization put together (at the site, the numbers are all linked to sources). Doesn't look like the record of a change-maker by any stretch of the imagination:
-- 95 percent of the time McCain voted with George W. Bush in 2007. -- 100 percent of the time McCain voted with George W. Bush in 2008 so far. -- $10 billion amount John McCain would spend in Iraq each month. -- 58 percent of McCain?s tax benefits go to the top 1 percent of taxpayers and only 9 percent to the bottom 80 percent. -- 29 lobbyists from the oil and gas industry tied to McCain's campaign. -- $3.8 billion amount McCain's tax plan gives in tax breaks to the top five American oil companies.? -- $1.9 billion amount in tax breaks, under McCain's plan, to the 10 biggest health insurers. -- 125 times John McCain voted against Choice ? he even said that he would overturn Roe v. Wade.
In fact, this suggests McCain is dominated by the same lobbyists Bush has been beholden to for the last eight years.

Count me as a BIG fan, Mr. Newmark, for your simple approach to things (like Craig List!). Even with your extensive knowledge and experience in all things I find the most exciting, you still understand the need for everyone to be able to feel a part of the Web experience through your classifieds and forums.
And now, to see that you take such an interest in politics by posting here at The Huffington, is icing on the cake! This is my first year to take a very active interest in an election through fact finding and posting/reading comments.
Thanks for the link - VERY interesting! If every "low information" voter could just get involved in the facts - this election would be a simple decision.
AND YES please keep your day job!
This Is OUR Moment - This Is OUR Time.
Obama/Biden '08/12!!!
The best part is John McCain himself has stated he voted with Bush 90% of the time, more than some of his Republican colleagues, which means he can't repudiate these facts without admitting to lying about it.
