There's so much going on in this world right now. Illness, unnatural death, war, the economy. That's not even dealing with our personal lives. Work, school, family, sickness, kids, the stress levels are amazing, which can also affect our health. To the point where there are levels of diseases that we wish we didn't have to encounter. With all of this said, how can we be positive about our lives or making a success out of our lives when things continue to take a downward spiral?
We have to really focus. Focus on what you may ask? Focus on being positive. Focus on making a change for the better. Listen, this may sound crazy, but when you speak positive and put positive words into your everyday speech, it's amazing what can come about for you. You begin to create changes in your life that are more beneficial, more life living, more fulfilling. Even if you don't believe these words of positivity when you speak them, speak them anyway. Get up and get yourself in front of a well-lit mirror and say something positive. Whether it's, "I'm beautiful or I'm going to get this contract today or I'm going to accomplish this goal today." Continue to say it over and over again to yourself. Eventually, you are going to believe it and watch. Things will begin to manifest in your life that are so amazing!
Being positive, observing the people around you, everything that you do -- the feelings that you encounter, all of these things will start to come together like a conglomerate in a huge mixing bowl. You'll be amazed at how great things in your life begin to turn out! This is the start! This is the beginning of great meaningful changes in your life! Be determined. Make a change for the better. Make a better change for you!

A Positive Mental Attitude was always one of my better traits, but lately due to certain new challenges, I have begun to forget to practice the "art" of psyching myself up. After reading some of Crystal's tips, I hope I can bring back my PMA.
