Dan Tayler is currently the owner and developer of Keyhole Bay, a mixed use community on the island of Roatan in the Western Caribbean. From 2001 – 2003 he owned of a commercial construction company in Jacksonville Florida specializing in building and renovating hospital operating rooms, invitro fertilization clinics and manufacturing clean rooms. Before that, from 1996 – 2001 he served as the of Director of Environmental Engineering, and Director of Business Development for Concurrent Technologies Corporation, a nation wide professional services firm. From 1972 - 1996 Taylor was an engineer, planner, project manager and logistician for the US government, building dams, wastewater treatments systems, facilities, desalination plants and communities for up to 7,000 persons for foreign governments primarily in Northeast Africa, Southwest Asia and the Persian Gulf region.
