Daniel de Faro Adamson, co-founder and portfolio manager of The Blue Fund, was formerly in the technology and financial services groups at McKinsey & Company. He received his J.D. from Yale Law School and M.Phil. from Oxford University, where he was a Marshall Scholar. He graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Yale.



Joseph J. Andrew is co-founder and chairman of the board of The Blue Fund. Andrew is the former national chairman of the Democratic National Committee (1999-2001). He is presently chairman of the New Democratic Network. Andrew is a partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP, where he specializes in mergers and acquisitions of regulated companies. He is a graduate of Yale Law School and Yale University.
