It is three months of hunting, diving, farming and eating around the Western half of America fit into 2 minutes. A conglomeration of great food moments, this video shares a glimpse into the lives of food heroes across the country as well as the beautiful sights and flavors along the way.

That crab looks good! I kill the crab the same way as you do, and split in half immediately. We just have melted butter and some hearty bread here for our Dungeness crab. YUM!
