Daniel Macht is a student at the City University of New York's
Graduate School of Journalism . He grew up in Sacramento and was voted
"most musical" in high school. After attending the University of
California Davis, he managed a Davis coffee shop for a few years where
he argued politics with customers and then poured hearts into their
lattes to make nice. Before moving to New York, Daniel interned with
the Capitol Weekly for a year and covered California government and
politics.
