Monday's polls hinted at a Clinton comeback in Ohio and in Texas, which prepared us for what came yesterday night. Now, surveys are registering Clinton's rise outside of Ohio and Texas, suggesting that her improved stance was not just related to her campaigning in those two states and that Democratic voters might have some buyer's remorse naturally.

Clinton LOST Texas.
Clinton lost the delegate race against Obama in TX.. Too bad the media doesn't want to say it.. Her manufactured momentum ends tomorrow in Wyoming and Mississippi on Tuesday..
In the interest of putting some facts behind the rhetoric, let us compare the H. Clinton record with Obama"s. These are the facts from the congressional record. You can check these facts from the Library of Congress (www.thomas.loc.gov).
Senator Clinton, who has served only one full term (6yrs.), and another year campaigning, has managed to author and pass into law, (20) twenty pieces of legislation in her first six years.
1. Establish the Kate Mullany National Historic Site.
2. Support the goals and ideals of Better Hearing and Speech Month.
3. Recognize the Ellis Island Medal of Honor.
4. Name courthouse after Thurgood Marshall.
5. Name courthouse after James L. Watson.
6. Name post office after Jonn A. O'Shea.
7. Designate Aug. 7, 2003, as National Purple Heart Recognition Day.
8. Support the goals and ideals of National Purple Heart Recognition Day.
9. Honor the life and legacy of Alexander Hamilton on the bicentennial of his death.
10. Congratulate the Syracuse Univ. Orange Men's Lacrosse Team on winning the championship.
11. Congratulate the Le Moyne College Dolphins Men's Lacrosse Team on winning the championship.
12. Establish the 225th Anniversary of the American Revolution Commemorative Program.
13. Name post office after Sergeant Riayan A. Tejeda.
14. Honor Shirley Chisholm for her service to the nation and express condolences on her death.
15. Honor John J. Downing, Brian Fahey, and Harry Ford, firefighters who lost their lives on duty. Only five of Clinton's bills are, more substantive.
16. Extend period of unemployment assistance to victims of 9/11.
17. Pay for city projects in response to 9/11
18. Assist landmine victims in other countries.
19. Assist family caregivers in accessing affordable respite care.
20. Designate part of the National Forest System in Puerto Rico as protected in the wilderness preservation system.
There you have it, the fact's straight from the Senate Record.
Now, I would post those of Obama's, but the list is too substantive, so I'll mainly categorize.
During the first (8) eight years of his elected service he sponsored over 820 bills. He introduced:
233 regarding healthcare reform,
125 on poverty and public assistance,
112 crime fighting bills,
97 economic bills,
60 human rights and anti-discrimination bills,
21 ethics reform bills,
15 gun control bills,
6 veterans affairs and many others.
His first year in the U.S. Senate, he authored 152 bills and co-sponsored another 427. These inculded
**the Coburn-Obama Government Transparency Act of 2006 (became law),
**The Lugar-Obama Nuclear Non-proliferation and Conventional Weapons Threat Reduction Act, (became law),
**The Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act, passed the Senate,
**The 2007 Government Ethics Bill, (became law),
**The Protection Against Excessive Executive Compensation Bill, (In committee), and many more.
In all since enter the U.S. Senate, Senator Obama has written 890 bills and co-sponsored another 1096.
Fortunately, there is buyers remorse with Obama. Sen Obama isn't a bad person, its just that he isn't ready to become President yet.

To anyone reading this post, you need to go to you tube and search out "The Hillary Movie" and watch all 9 segments and then ask yourself if you could vote for her .
"Now, surveys are registering Clinton's rise outside of Ohio and Texas, suggesting that her improved stance was not just related to her campaigning in those two states and that Democratic voters might have some buyer's remorse naturally."
What "surveys" -- I can't find anything that backs this claim up. Exactly where is there information coming from? And who is suggesting that voters may have buyers remorse? This sounds like it's coming right from the Hillary Rove Clinton camp.
If you really want to be enlightened on Obama; read Joe Wilson's (Valerie Plame husband) on his statements ..right here on Huffington Post..Obama makes a hypocrit of himsilf by what he actually said in his book..Audasity of Hope"..according to Joe ; ....Obama admitted himself in his book that he was priivy to American Intelligence he might have voted the same.......but of course he Obama was tring to get elected to the state senate..(Not the US) in a very liberal area...where all they wanted to hear was anti war......hell John Kerry, John Rockefeller, Chris Dodd, Tom Daschle, Ben Nelson...all of them Obama supporters and they all voted just as Hillary did on Iraq in 2002. Obama had a state senate job a part time job at best...and he wouldn't even commit himselves to a position there...by only voting present.......saving himself from any scruitiny that could have come his way , had he actually done his job, and taken an actual position. So it is easy to say I would have, or I did.....but you cant say I voted against the war from the beginning if you were NOT entitled to vote as you were not a senator til Jan 2005

I predicted the buyer's remorse with Obama, I was just afraid it would come too late (as often happens with Democrats). Since the nomination is in the hands of the superdelegates, perhaps they should evaluate the national poll numbers and vote their conscience and their brains like they're supposed to when the time comes, not based on a marginal difference in earned delegates.
It's too late. If the superdelegates go against the elected delegate count (and indeed, the popular vote) inevitable comparisons will be drawn to Florida 2000 and the corruption of the Supreme Court, as well they should under the circumstances.
If Mrs. Clinton is to become the nominee, then she morally has to obtain the votes of more pledged delegates than Mr. Obama (and indeed a plurality of the popular vote) in order to give her a democratic mandate to go forward.
If this is not settled democratically, I don't think anyone could morally condemn Obama for either running as an independent or simply removing himself, and his votes, from the process entirely. Mrs. Clinton should understand this and not bank on all being forgiven later on, since that simply won't happen given the temperature of emotions at this stage.
There's no point in morally condemnimg cheap political shananigans only when the Republicans pull them. A plurality of either one pledged delegate or a single digit in the popular vote is the democratic way to decide this competition. If it is decided otherwise, then the party is lost in November, as well it should be.
A majority of the popular vote will do. Nobody gives a damn about the Democratic Party's obscure delegate-awarding rules. The winner of the Vote should win the Election.
Weren't you saying that very thing yourself in 2000?

Hillary Clinton's "top election lawyer" in New Jersey, Peter Cammarano, is under investigation by the state Election Law Enforcement Commission for what seems to be a clear violation of the law? Yeah, Cammarano chaired a PAC that raised funds for Democrats while still an elected councilman.
Plus, has anyone else seen information on the Texas primary and how many Republicans voted in the Democratic primary? They have an open primary there and apparently quite a few people have evidence this is happening. I know that always happens, but doesn't it cast doubt on Hillary's Mo'? Some small towns in Texas had huge turn-outs for Hillary in the primary and then barely anyone showed up for the caucus. Shouldn't these disparities tell us something?
