As CMO of Boost Mobile, Cobbin was responsible for Brand Strategy, Creative Strategy & Production, Media Planning, Buying, Integration & Execution, Customer Base Management & Marketing, Product & Content Marketing, Entertainment Marketing, Domestic & International Business Development, Events & Sponsorships, Research, Insights & Trends, Channel Marketing & Promotions, Pricing Strategy & Execution, Interactive Marketing, Public Relations, and Legal. During Cobbin’s tenure, Boost Mobile’s customer base surged from a local business in two markets to more than 4.5 million customers nationally.

Cobbin served in several senior management positions at The Coca-Cola Company, including: Vice President, Entertainment Marketing where he led the application of film, TV, music, video games and interactive media assets for Coca-Cola North America. Vice President, Sprite Brand Business Unit where he and team led Sprite to become the fastest growing soft drink brand in the U.S. for two consecutive. Vice President, Consumer Communications overseeing the creative strategy and production of all Coca-Cola Company advertising, digital marketing and new media strategies and executions across all North American brands.

Cobbin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Alabama A&M University and Master of Business Administration degree from Clark Atlanta University. He currently resides in California with his wife Valerie and their three daughters. He is writing and self-publishing a book about marriage and family that is due for release later this year.
