Thanks to the Federation of American Scientists Project on Government Secrecy the transcripts of twenty three interviews done by the Government Accountability Office, prepared pursuant to its July 2005 report "Rebuilding Iraq: Actions Needed To Improve Use of Private Security Providers," are now online in a single, searchable document.
These are the same transcripts I posted and blogged about previously, one by one, between June 12 and July 30. But back then I typed them in. Here they have been scanned in so you can see them in their original formatting.
The transcripts are in chronological order from earliest to latest. They are in one PDF file, 106 pages, (nearly 8 MB ) which can be downloaded here.
The Project also OCR'd the transcripts so the PDF is word-searchable.
It is possible that one or more pages of the original did not get reproduced correctly. So, for example, the very last page of the document seems to be cut off abruptly. But most of it, by far, is there.
