The Jay Bybee Problem (VIDEO)

As pressure grows for Congress to remove Judge Jay Bybee from his seat on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, people are revisiting the process that put him there in the first place. Bybee sailed through his Senate confirmation hearing just six months after signing memos legalizing CIA torture of detainees. No Democrats questioned Bybee at his confirmation hearing and the following month he was approved for a lifetime appointment to the federal bench. How is that possible?
