David S. Samuels is the CEO and founder of KoldCast EMV, LLC, an entertainment media ventures company that controls KoldCast TV, the Web TV Network and production arm, KoldCast Studios.

Immediately prior to forming KoldCast, Samuels was CEO of Emmerzion Worldwide, LLC, an entertainment marketing and product placement firm, and president of Tanner & Haley Productions where he developed branded entertainment properties for the company.

Previously, Samuels was chairman, chief executive officer and president of the Irvine, CA based, State Of The Art, Inc., a publicly-traded leading accounting software company that developed what is known in the market today as Quicken personal finance software. During Samuels’ nine year tenure with
State of The Art, he was named Ernst & Young and Inc. Magazine’s 1992 Orange County Entrepreneur of the Year in High-Technology, and was recognized in Fortune, Forbes and BusinessWeek for his leadership.
