As a rule, I'm not a guy who tends to offer a lot of Japanese proverbs. Yet there's one I saw today that struck me as possibly being one of the secrets to life, so I thought I might share it with you all here. The proverb offers this advice: "Fall seven times, stand up eight." So if you've been watching all the news from Japan about the earthquake, the tsunami and its nightmarish aftermath the past few days, and you feel your heart breaking, then why not use that heart of yours to give what you can -- if you can -- to a reputable charity like @RedCross or the other organizations you can read about here on the Huffington Post? Let's help those who have lost so much to stand back up now. Here's my playlist for giving a helping hand. Please tell me, what's on yours?
