Debbie Boger, who recently joined the World Resources Institute as the Director of U.S. Climate Policy, has extensive knowledge of a broad range of environmental policy issues based on 15 years in advocacy and with the legislative and executive branches of government. She most recently served as the Director of Community Programs at the Alliance for Climate Protection. Previously, she served as the Deputy Legislative Director for the Sierra Club, was an aide to Senator Joe Lieberman on environmental issues and an advisor to the Gore/Lieberman 2000 campaign on energy and environment, and worked at the Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Pollution Prevention. Debbie holds a B.A. in Biology from Pomona College and a Master in Public Policy from the JFK School of Government at Harvard University.
