Religious people need to open their mind up to the truths of science. But the scientific community must also be open to the truths of spirituality...

dawkins just let his selfish gene/s take control as he made those cuts to convince viewers that he knows these truths to the mysteries of life. :-)

dawkins is a wonderful example of intellectualism defined.

deepak needs to know or should know that he would not get a fair edit of his words and ideas.

dawkins is as much an evangel in a materialistic religious sense as any religious evangel.

There is more religion in men's science than there is science in their religion – Thoreau

Dawkins should say what he means. He perhaps thinks he means enemies of Reason. But it seems more like enemies of his brand of dogmatic Materialism. Whatever some Scientists think,
Scientific evidence may suggest-or seem to suggest- that Materialism is true. But it hardly proves this. Materialism is a >metaphysical< position. "Proofs" of God's existence are Philosophical not Scientific. Bertrand Russell was basically an Atheist-but he didn't think he could "prove" there was not God, Dawkins is an Ideologue; reverse fundamentalist and even a Philistine

I read Daniel Matt's account of the Big Bang and the Kabbalah; which appears to describe the early creation in terms almost exactly parallel to the the "Big Bang". He does not make any special claims beyond that, but it is uncanny.
On the other hand, I appreciate Hans Jonas notion that G-d withdraws into himself to "make room" for creation-called TSIM-TSUM in the Kabbalah. Thus creation involves risks and contingencies; G-d cannot "come to he rescue", as it were. As in "Process Theology" where God is >NOT< omnipotent-etc.

Love your passion for the unbiased truths!
Do you suspect it is your "Consciousness or Biology" that has turned this topic into what appears to be an obsessions for you? LOL ;-)
