It's pretty simple indeed... Not only the universe is our brain and its implications but is the very brain of each single being and each being without a brain too. A space of possibilities, multidimensional and dynamic. Where consciousness and knowledge, temperature and length, being and not being, are some kind of combinations of values in different dimensions, interacting, ruled by karma. There are somethings you will understand and others you wont, but human being is not de centre of the universe, it's only one centre of the universe. As Linear Algebra on Vectorial Spaces, one point in the space is defined by a specific value for each dimension as A=(v,w,x,y,z) for a point on a space of 5 dimensions. Human is a kind of point in this universe and is the universe it self, because the space we are talking about can't exists without its own manifestation. We are all a manifestation from it indeed.
