Who Am I?

Posted: 12/19/11 12:53 PM ET

Deepak examines our common conception of identity -- what we refer to as "I" -- and recognizes that our everyday version of selfhood refers to our sensory experiences, thoughts or feelings it has attached to. If the attachment to those sensations and feelings is removed, the "I" that remains is unconditioned pure potentiality. That is your true "Self," from which genuine human potential emerges.
