Despite holding a Master’s degree and 10 years of professional experience, Del is currently one of the long-term unemployed Americans who refuses to become a forgotten 99-er. The economic downturn has cost Del his job, his home and his perfect credit score. Like millions of others, he has experienced the shame that comes with these losses. As such, in addition to seeking full-time, gainful employment, he is starting his own motivational/keynote speaking business, which focuses on helping others get through the shame of life’s challenges: Reframe Shame™.

That said, Del won’t allow unemployment to define him. He has a solid history in public relations and client management. He’s worked in government, non-profit and for-profit organizations. He’s worked for a foreign government as a Public Relations Officer; he’s managed continuing education programs for one of the largest associations in the country (over 1 million members) and he’s worked with international humanitarian projects for a globally renowned NGO.

Del is a proud, native Chicagoan, bilingual in French & English and holds a Master & Bachelor of Arts degrees. He has and has lived, studied and/or worked on three continents.
