A native of Detroit Michigan, Diane first came to New York City shortly after graduating high school where she worked full-time, and lived in a tiny apartment, and learned the difficulties of single parenthood. Diane returned to Detroit to get her BA in public relations from the University of Michigan.

In 2001, she returned to New York City and held down two jobs to support her son.

By day she worked in an advertising agency, by night a dancer at the gentlemen’s club Scores.

In 2007, she became VP of A&R at Glassnote Records, and signed the bands Blowing Trees and Everlea and now co-manages Blowing Trees.

She has produced the off Broadway play “Artfuckers”, and currently is producing a film, “Desert Rose”, based on the novel by Larry McMurtry.

Diane is involved with the Savannah Film Festival, where the Jury Award is named for her.

Earlier this year she created a foundation called S.P.I.N. (Single Parents In Need), which is a nation wide charity assisting with child care and education for single parents and their children.

S.P.I.N.’s first fundraising event was Pole Superstar, a pole dance competition which was a huge success. Diane lives in New York City with her son, husband and three dogs.
