(To get Ms. Palin's attention, I'm afraid I used an unforgivable number of ice hockey terms in this post.)
Dear Sarah Palin,
During your resignation speech on Sunday, you complained the media is constantly roughing you up. So I hate to pile on with another attack. Especially since you've been stuck in your own end for months.
But heads up, Ms. Palin, because a Web site with your name on it is stealing my blog content. It says you recently posted Iranians Worldwide Roll Out Green Scroll Against Ahmadinejad. I wrote that piece, but I don't see any links to my original story. In the blogosphere, that's called stealing content.
For the record, this isn't the first time you've taken a cheap shot at me. Earlier this month, you posted Iranian Women: We Feel Cheated, Frustrated, and Betrayed -- again without linking to my original story.
So it's gloves off, "Maverick."
Why? Because it appears the SarahPal.in Web site is for sale, which means somebody is loading it up with stolen content from me, the New York Times, and others -- in order to make a few bucks. And while we're on the subject of money, I see the SarahPAC (your political action committee) has already raised more than $1 million according to your spokesperson Meghan Stapleton. Do you have any idea what I get paid to write these Huffington Post blogs? (Hint: it's not a million dollars.)
For all I know, Ms. Palin, you may not even be aware there's a SarahPal.in Web site. But it has your name on it, so go for a little skate and turn the Webmaster's lights out.

Dear Sarah,
Today is August 21st and the Sarah.Pal.in Web site STILL hasn't stopped running my HuffPosts without links. That's not cool.

A week has passed since this post was written, and the SarahPal.in Web site is still stealing content.
Is Palin back on Twitter yet?
Maybe she should find a way to pay her exhorbitant legal bills without trying to shnor off of everyone else.
Unfortunatly this is a common tactic for spam marketing.
You can register a domain for free for 7 days (I think, someone feel free to correct me), put a bunch of stolen articles on it to drive traffic, collect money for page views of the site, and then drop the site after a week.
Wouldn't be surprised to find your work under JoeB1den.com next week, registered to the same webmaster.
Soon you will have to pay web registration fees up front, which should end this practice.

I've been watching the SarahPal.in site for a couple of months now. Sounds crazy, no? But it's because my stories on her site keep turning up on Google, usually on page 1 of the search. Somebody's reading "her" site, but who? And why does the ex-Gov allow the content theft to continue under her own name?
Palin is fond of saying the media doesn't have its house in order. Frankly, she doesn't either.
We know it's not the real Sarah Palin because she'd never start up something that she might have to pay a fee for, herself.
She'd try to get someone else to pay for it first -- the taxpayers of Alaska, but that source dried up as of yesterday -- or she'd look for a freebie.
I figure that's why Palin is a Serial Tweeter instead of starting up a blog.
Twitter is free.
Good for you!
That Eddy Scwatz is such a great joker!
I wonder if he truly lives at 487 james rd Palo Alto, CA 94306 (the name and address provided as the registrant of this site) and if his phone number really is 6504887675 (I'd call but it leads to an unlisted CA number)?
Funny enough the email he used to register SarahPal.in (info@dirtyelection.com) goes back to another hilarious website called dirtyelection.com which promises to provide "Dirt from and on John McCain, Sarah Palin, Joe Biden and Barack Obama", so at least he's bipartisan.
There's only one thing that the two sites share, besides dear Eddy here, are links to Acai berry juice, pimped by galileolabs.com (Herald Sun 1 Herald Sun WayMelbourne, Victoria 8051Australia 61.0893274822).
Now, Ms. Palin has been rumored to have some shady fundraising tactics but I doubt she's pushing berry juice to fund her run at the white house. I hope you can get whomever is responsible for lifting your work and attributing it to Ms. Palin to stop, I wouldn't want her name on my work either!

I want to thank all the readers who logged on to send me the name of the company that manages the website. Good sleuthing!
And Sarah, if you're not involved with that Web provider and want to give them a call -- tweet me for their phone number.
Do the people running SarahPal.in really think her fans are so mesmerized by Ms. Palin that they would believe she actually wrote those well-written, well-researched, informative and compassionate articles concerning those wonderful Irani individuals and their struggles??? She couldn't even name a publication from where she obtained information on currents events for crying out loud.
Go get her, Ms. Tucker.....this is a travesty.
Hmmm, I wonder if Sarah's supporters can even read...
I hope you go after her for this.
She doesn't deserve to get away with this.
Thank you for letting everyone know what she is doing!

Thanks for commiserating.
I linked (four times!) to the "SarahPal.in" website in this post -- which can be easily detected at their end -- so the webmaster should get the message: the proper way to aggregate other people's work is to display either just the link, or run a couple of paragraphs followed by something like "read more" -- then link "more" to the original story.
If Palin isn't personally involved in the site, she ought to be just as steamed as I am about its abuses, not to mention the abuse of her name. In the upper left-hand corner of each page it literally says each story was put there "by Sarah Palin."
