The Amazon-Hachette dispute wears on, but the publisher still manages to see two of its titles in this week's Digital Book World Ebook Best-Seller List.

Both Invisible by James Patterson and The Silkworm by J. K. Rowling (published under the author's pen name, Robert Galbraith) debuted at the end of last month, and both make their appearance on the Best-Seller List for the first time, in the Nos. 4 and 5 spots, respectively.

That's despite Amazon's withholding pre-order capabilities from both titles--a tactic that's likely to be holding down their rankings, as pre-ordering is understood to have a significant impact on best-selling ebooks.

Meanwhile, Donna Tartt's Pulitzer-Prize-winning The Goldfinch, another Hachette title, holds its place at No. 3.
