Dr. David Jones
Dr. Jones completed his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Calgary in Canada.

David conducts research on how job seekers and employees respond to an organization's socially and environmentally responsible business practices. He also studies employees' perceptions of fairness in the workplace: how people judge fairness and unfairness, and the processes that explain why they respond through cooperative behavior, turnover, revenge, and counterproductive behavior (e.g., wasting time, theft).

David is active in presenting his work at scholarly conferences like the annual meetings of the Academy of Management and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and has published his research in journals that include Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, and the Journal of Organizational Behavior.

David serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Management and Journal of Organizational Behavior.
