James J. Kelly is the former President of Menlo College located in the Silicon Valley in Atherton, California. He served for many years as an interim provost, associate vice president, dean, and professor in the California State University system. Kelly has most recently written and edited in the areas of workplace equity, and international social infrastructure challenges.
