Any further recommendations for someone who works nights?

I thought it was an added plus to lose weight on a plan that boosts energy, promotes health, and counteracts aches, pains, and disease sequelae...but Mark Hyman's Blood Sugar Solution also gives extra days to balance life. Yesterday was day 14 and today is day 14. The good doc is giving us more time to get it right. I like that.
