I started juicing because I eat a massive amount of organic vegetables, and this makes one meal a day a lot easier. I never expected that I would buy a juicer. But I am glad I did.

My "juices" are greens (such as kale) plus beets, carrots and unsweetened almond milk or a variety of other organic produce. Today it was greens (Swiss chard) plus an apple, carrots and unsweetened almond juice. Yummy. Even my husband enjoyed it.

I love drinking my fresh smoothies every day. No sugar. And they make me feel good.
