Overweight people need to learn the truth of how to solve their weight problem, and the truth is simple, though difficult to do hear and do. They must reprogram their habits so that they eat the appropriate number of calories to achieve their weight goal. They can do this with Behavioral Medicine technique such as the Therapeutic Psychogenics I teach. There is no other healthy way to reverse obesity.
When you continually publish these reports and books with nonsense such as "eat chocolate to lose weight", you lead people away from the truth they need to hear and do, and prevent them from doing what they need to do to save and improve their lives. It is like throwing a decoy or a red herring in their path so they get lost and can't find their way to the prize. I stopped reading your articles when it became evident that you repeatedly publish nonsense, but the "chocolate is diet food" drew me back, and I implore you, stop hurting people.
