Dr. Mohamed Bugaighis, Ph.D., is the current Chairman of the American Libyan Freedom Alliance, and a founding member of the organization established in September 2003 to advocate human rights and democracy in Libya. Dr. Bugaighis is a Professor Emeritus in the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, where he taught statistics and mathematics, before his retirement seven years ago.
