Dr. Ehrenfeld is the Director of the New York-based American Center for Democracy and the Center for the Study of Corruption & the Rule of Law. She is an authority on the shadowy movement of funds through international banking systems and governments to fund terrorism. Dr. Ehrenfeld has testified before Congressional Committees, as well as the European Parliament, and consulted government agencies such as the Department of Defense and Homeland Security.


B. Wayne Quist specializes in the sale and recapitalization of privately held companies throughout the U.S., Europe, Middle East and Latin America. He works closely with strategic acquirers, international lenders, institutional investors, and a variety of debt and equity funds on behalf of clients. Wayne is a published author and has lived outside the U.S. for much of his professional life.

Wayne focuses on the technology, food service, manufacturing and medical electronics sectors, as well as selected cross-border transactions. He has guided many successful transactions between U.S. and foreign companies, specializing in the technology, aerospace, defense and medical electronics sectors.

Wayne has closed many Latin American transactions and has developed the architecture for multi-billion dollar industrial offset programs with foreign governments. He has extensive experience as a senior executive responsible for managing multi-million dollar merger, acquisition and joint venture transactions in many industries.
