Well, this is one way to get a girl's attention: Women's Health magazine sent out an email to their mailing list Tuesday with the subject line "How to Have a Happy Vagina." (If ever there were a place for a 'service journalism' joke...) This might well have been a different sort of email coming from Cosmo (I'm guessing the glazed donut trick would be slightly less effective here) but from Women's Health we get a helpful round-up of products to address pH imbalance and other natural, normal issues (hi, Paul Farhi!). As an added bonus, happy-vagina seekers also received tips on whittling that waist (attack the core from every angle!) plus a blog from former U.S. Freestyle Ski Team member Laura Rosenbaum, who used to be ridiculously fit but isn't so much anymore after 5 years of a desk job. Apparently, yoga is good for you. No word on what it does for your vagina, but either way clearly this email campaign was effective.
