Someone had better figure out how to monetize it fast — YouTube has just officially overtaken MySpace as the most popular community website, with a 3.9% share of daily global internet visits a day compared with 3.35% for MySpace (per Alexa). According to the Guardian, "YouTube's reach - the number of users per million that visit a particular site - has increased by 155% in the past three months," with American users jumping 297% in the first half of the 2006.
