Ekaterina Pivovarova, Ph.D., is a Clinical Forensic Psychologist and a Research Fellow at the Center for Law, Brain and Behavior at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. Dr. Pivovarova obtained her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Fordham University in New York and completed a Clinical Forensic Psychology Fellowship at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Her research focuses on forensic assessment of clinical decision making in the context of complex psycho-legal issues, especially cases of exaggerated or feigned illness (i.e., malingering).
