What do Dr. Travis Stork, author and co-host of The Doctors, and Blair Tindall, author of the book Mozart in the Jungle which inspired the Amazon TV show of the same name, have in common? More than you might think!

I like to bring together celebs who don't know each other and, over dish and drink, find the commonalities between them on The Dinner Party with Elysabeth Alfano. In this most recent podcast, Blair and Dr. Travis share stories of the unique twists and turns in their careers and how the universe can sometimes offer something larger than you ever imagined.

Neither of them could have dreamed that they would ultimately land careers involved in TV and their journey along the way is inspiring. As you will hear in the podcast, Blair has discovered the passion and possibility for screenwriting and acting in her 50s and Dr. Travis, articulated with natural charm, has learned more from his own show about the world of medicine and leading a healthy life than he ever envisioned.

We also talk drugs, healthy living, The Bachelor, the similarities between a live TV show and the ER, the underworld of classical music, working with Jason Schwartzman and Roman Coppola on Mozart in the Jungle, The Doctor's Diet book and favorite snacks. So belly up and listen to the most recent episode of The Dinner Party with Elysabeth Alfano, also on iTunes.
