Jazzfest Style 2012 (SLIDESHOW)

Posted: 05/08/2012 9:15 am

While Coachella may have Vogue-ready outfits parading around its grounds, the fashion at Jazzfest is far more organic to the ethos of the festival and its funky hometown, New Orleans.

The outfits were inspired without being studied, for personal expression, rather than the expression of the latest style. Crazy hats were abundant as was steampunk hippie and small touches and accessories that reminded you "only in NOLA."

Collected here are the best of the best. Enjoy.

Everyone should go to Jazzfest at least once in their life. AMAZING food, good music, good times!

Wow, that is the best you can do? Seriously, a good part of that is store bought crap. There is a TON more creativity, just in hats alone than that article shows. You had a couple of good ones but there are hundreds to choose from ....Seriously terrible representation of the fashion of Jazzfest.
