Jello Shots and Rum Drops

Alcohol is changing forms yet again thanks to the lovely ladies at Prohibition Bakery in NYC. They've already garnered the attention of locals looking for a sweet buzz with their boozy cupcakes but their new creation is a major game changer. Introducing rum drops, virtually a cocktail made portable, and how perfect is that packaging to tote around your secret snack. Launching today and priced at $6 a pack this might be the cheapest and most creative way to get your drink on in NYC.

The bakery's founders (Brooke Siem and Leslie Feinberg)  aren't the only ones changing the way we consume alcohol. Golden Cadillac (just a few blocks away) is creating jello shots that are NOT anything like the ones you use to make in high-school. All of your favorite classic cocktails are reinvented into tasty morsels of jello. CAUTION: It is impossible to have only one. Alcohol is not just for glasses anymore and these two spots are leading the creative pack. Who will be next next?
