The No Brainer:
1 part gin
1 part chartreuse
muddled lemon
dash sugar dyrup
shake and shoot
it will get you scary drunk...

Sloe gin with a layer of peppermint schnapps on top. Pour in Baileys over the back of a spoon while moving the spoon back and forth to create folds. If you do it right, it will look like a brain floating in the glass. If you do it wrong, just give the glass a quick spin and it will have a swirl look like a candy cane.. which is pretty much what it tastes like. Too many and you won't be liking peppermint for a while, but at least your breath will be minty fresh the next morning. Well... minty.
