Things to do with Mac-n-Cheese before you die -- and, oddly enough, they're all guaranteed to hasten that very day.

I once made a 6 cheese mac-n-cheese that was so dense, that I was able to slice it
and the GRILL IT!
It was FABULOUS!

That sounds so good! How did you do it?

Use Delilah's 7 Cheese Mac And Cheese recipe-google it. It weighed 10 lbs after baked! It is a very dense Ioaf style mac-n-cheese, with a lot of eggs. I didn't use the velveeta cheese. I froze part of it and refrigerated the rest. I simply thick sliced up some of the refrigerated stuff, and put it on the BBQ. I may have oiled the grill a little first-I don't remember. I didn't keep it on there extremely long, just enough to get grill marks and get heated. For added artery clogging effect, drizzle with House of Tsang Bangkok Padang(TM) Peanut Sauce. Enjoy!

The meatloaf one strangely enough ,seems to be the only one that seems appetizing to mostly everyone. It triggers something.......

Actually, it was the sushi that I found most appealing—probably because I dislike fish, but love the chopstick nibbling. My other top choice would have to be the Bacon Mac ’n’ Cheese Pie.
As for the meatloaf, I would rather have the Greek dish—pasticio, or ???? spelling looks too Italian to be accurate.

Oh man! These meals look so wrong that they are right. I want to try them all and yet I feel like a bad person for it.

i like to add corn to mac-n-cheese. it was a freinds suggestion,i thought it sounded terrible until i finally tried it. that was many years ago and i still do it that way.

Deep Fried Mac and Cheese is so good. IMHO it has to be made from the blue box stuff not homemade, but if we are just talking about the side dish there is nothing better than homemade!

The sushi was an interesting presentation...but it needed more color in the middle, but the rest was just off. There was a user below that mentioner cupcake portions with parm; that sounded rather interesting.
