Texas Sen. Ted Cruz has been declared the winner of the Alaska Republican caucus.
This was the final race called after a slew of Super Tuesday battles in a total of 13 states. Business mogul Donald Trump and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton both had big nights.
Cruz's win comes despite Trump's having nabbed an endorsement from former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin.
"He's going rogue left and right," she said during January's announcement. "That's why he's doing so well."
Though Tuesday was a banner night for Trump, Cruz took first place in Oklahoma and Texas.
