If you worry about the fact that you worry so much, take a deep breath: We have some good news. Researchers have found that people with anxiety often have higher intelligence.

In a 2014 study of undergraduate students, Canadian researchers found a correlation between anxiety and verbal intelligence. And a previous study found that people diagnosed with anxiety tend to have higher IQs.
