Bradley Cooper gets it. The "Silver Linings Playbook" star was one of several celebrities interviewed on Barbara Walters' recent "10 Most Fascinating People of 2015" special, where he talked about Jennifer Lawrence's powerful op-ed on wage inequality.

"In general, we live in a patriarchal society," Cooper told Walters in the Thursday evening broadcast.

"You can attest to that. You probably have seen the evolution of that," he added. "It’s symptomatic of a larger issue. And she was bold enough to come out, write an op-ed about it. I think probably other professions are much worse than our profession. But it’s rampant. And why not start a conversation?”
