Felicity Huffman is going from desperate housewife to killer housewife with "Boomerang."

According to TVLine, the "Desperate Housewives" alum has been cast in the Fox pilot as Margie Hamilton, a professional assassin who "can kill and dispose of a suspected terrorist in the afternoon -- then switch to wife and mother mode without a hitch."

Only a slight change from life on Wisteria Lane.

Jake Lacy has joined CBS' "The McCarthys." The "Office" vet will play Ronny, a member of a neurotic Irish-Catholic Boston family who came out to his family a few years earlier. [TVLine]

Mike O'Malley is moving around Fox. The "Glee" actor is set to headline "Welcome To The Family" as Dan Yoder, an orthodontist in his early 40s. [THR]

Aja Naomi King has joined Amazon's comedy pilot. King will portray Jillian Chase, "an overworked associate producer with dreams of being a reporter" in "The Onion Presents: The News." [Indiewire]
