This Republican Woman Has Some Words For GOP'ers Still Supporting Trump

And she has voted Republican since the day she legally could.

Marybeth Glenn is a Republican Christian woman from the state of Wisconsin and she has had enough.

While numerous members of the GOP have unendorsed Donald Trump following the leak of a lewd conversation about sexually assaulting women between the presidential nominee and “Access Hollywood” host Billy Bush from 2005, some are still backing him regardless of the backlash.

Glenn is not one of those people.

The blogger, who writes political opinion pieces on the blog Collision of Church and State, took to Twitter to call out the absurdity of Republicans she previously stood up for who continue to overlook Trump’s treatment of women, BuzzFeed first reported.

Trump’s sexism and predatory commentary was enough for her to throw in the towel. Obviously.

And she has a problem with some using the excuse of “this is how men talk.”

True character is something that will never change.

Glenn told Metro UK that she had voted Republican since the day she could legally vote, but all that is changing in the 2016 Election. Trump, she says, doesn’t represent any party.

“Between attacking journalists, his pro-war crimes comments, and his treatment of minorities, I’ve just been sickened with the idea that people will think that’s who we all are, and that’s just not the case,” she said. “Those of us who support immigrants, minorities, refugees, etc., have been drowned out by his supporters, who lean fascist, not conservative.”

Her tweets got the attention of celebrities like J.K. Rowling and Mark Ruffalo, who applauded her message.
