All I want to do is sterilize myself right now. And make everyone get a tetanus shot. Seriously, everyone just get their shots.

There's a stomach flu outbreak at the hospital, which causes all sorts of hijinks. Also, a lot of questions about the unspoken rule of doctors not getting sick. I don't want surgeons puking in their own masks during surgery.

Like Dr.Butthole, a private practice doctor called in to do surgery on a kids bowels and has his entire OR getting down to George Clinton. It would be funny except he gets serious with Alex about the kind of money can make away from the hospital. And there's lots of perks -- time, a chance to do outreach, and have his own pen. Just when he and Jo are fighting about his student loan bills.

Callie helps Jo find an outlet for her temper, in ortho, where they get to smash people up before putting them back together again. And Bailey gives voice to a theory I've held for a long time about "man-sicknes." It's a real, wimpy, thing. McDreamy, by the way, is the wimpiest.

This was a good one, albeit a little schticky. But we are about 5 episodes out from the finals, so consider it the calm before the storm. That heart disease family has four episodes billed on IMDB -- I think Cristina might have to call in a leading cardiologist for help. #BurkeIsBack.

There were a lot of good bits here. What was your favorite moment? Meredith giving Derek's speech? Callie swooning over Jo? Swap monkey shenanigans? Let me know what you think in the comments or @karenfratti.

"Grey's Anatomy" airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
