Don't be fooled by the name that she's got, Jenny from the Block is no "diva."

Jennifer Lopez opened up about the sexism that persists in Hollywood during a roundtable interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

"I've always been fascinated by how much more well-behaved we have to be than men," the 46-year-old entertainer told fellow actresses Regina King, Julianna Margulies, Kerry Washington, Sarah Paulson, Kirsten Dunst and Constance Zimmer.

"I got a moniker of being 'the diva,' which I never felt I deserved -- which I don't deserve -- because I've always been a hard worker, on time, doing what I'm supposed to do, and getting that label because you reach a certain amount of success," Lopez noted.

The "I Ain't Your Mama" singer is one of the busiest people in the business. Lopez recently wrapped a stint as an "American Idol" judge, finished her first season of NBC's TV show "Shades of Blue," which just got renewed, and is currently performing at her residency in Las Vegas, all while somehow releasing new music. And yet -- despite being a dedicated performer and hard worker -- Lopez is confused as to why she can still be labeled "difficult," simply because she's a woman.

"I was always fascinated by how I could see [a man] being late or being belligerent to a crew and it being totally acceptable; meanwhile, I'd show up 15 minutes late and be berated," the singer said. "And you watch this happen over and over and over again. Like, we're not allowed to have certain opinions or even be passionate about something, or they'll be like, 'God, she's really difficult.' It's like, 'Am I? Am I difficult because I care?'"
