Jon Cryer Says Donald Trump And Charlie Sheen Have A Lot In Common

Jon Cryer didn't mince words while talking about his former "Two and a Half Men" co-star Charlie Sheen during an appearance on "The Real" this week.

Cryer noted the similarities between Sheen and Republican frontrunner Donald Trump and, we have to admit, he's got a pretty great point.

"... I worked with a guy who also, whenever he said whatever came to the top of his head, people loved it!" Cryer explained. "And they loved it even more when he said horrible things. So there was an interesting overlap between Charlie and Donald Trump."

Cryer continued, "People like that he's just willing to say whatever foolishness comes to the top of his head. I don't want somebody else to ruin everybody else's lives by coming to power that way."

To the applause of the audience, Cryer shared another similarity between Sheen and Trump while also explaining why The Donald should never be president.

"'Cause I saw somebody spectacularly flame out and ruin everything that was good in their lives by doing that," Cryer said. "I don't want somebody else to ruin everybody else's lives by coming to power that way."

Our thoughts exactly.

Editor’s note: Donald Trump regularly incites political violence and is a serial liar, rampant xenophobe, racist, misogynist and birther who has repeatedly pledged to ban all Muslims — 1.6 billion members of an entire religion — from entering the U.S.
