Josh Duggar made headlines earlier this year when he admitted to molesting five underage girls as a teen, and made headlines again when he admitted to cheating on his wife after his Ashley Madison profile was discovered.

Now, the former "19 Kids and Counting" star is being sued by adult film star and model Danica Dillon, who claims in documents obtained by People magazine that Duggar assaulted her while they were having consensual sex.

Dillon claims that she suffered emotional and physical damages after their encounter and is asking for $500,000.

If you recall, Dillon previously spoke to In Touch magazine, claiming she had sex with the 27-year-old on two occasions after meeting him at Philadelphia's Gold Club. There, he spent $600 in private dances before inquiring how much it would cost to spend the night with her. She also told In Touch that Duggar was violent with her during one of their sexual encounters.

"He was manhandling me, basically tossing me around like I was a rag doll,” she told the magazine. “It was very traumatic. I’ve had rough sex before, but this was terrifying.”

Dillon repeated all of these claims in her lawsuit and alleges that while the sex was consensual, Duggar "manhandled" her to the point that she "felt as if she were being raped." And while it's not admissible in court, the magazine noted that Dillon passed a polygraph test when she spoke to them.

A rep for the Duggar family did not immediately return The Huffington Post's request for comment.
