Justin Bieber Sued By Photographer For MMA Kick

Justin Bieber's being sued for allegedly using an MMA-style kick on a photographer last year, reports TMZ.

Jose Osmin Hernandez Duran was taking pictures of Bieber and then-girlfriend Selena Gomez at the Commons in Calabasas, Calif. Bieber supposedly jumped out of his Mercedes and "delivered a martial arts-type kick ... in the lower rib cage on the left side of his abdomen." The suit also claims that Bieber punched Duran in the face and violently pushed him against the car.

Apparently a few moments later, Gomez returned to the scene to retrieve her cellphone and apologize for her out-of-control boyfriend.

Duran is not the only photographer who's trying to sue the Biebs this month. TMZ reported that paparazzo Justin Binion was suing Bieber and his bodyguard Hugo Hesny for attacking him on June 5 outside Miami's Hit Factory recording studio. After throwing him against a wall, Hesny supposedly flashed his gun in its holster at Bieber's prompting.

There's no word as to what kind of damages Duran is seeking at this time for Bieber's outburst.
