'The Flash' Star Comes Out In Powerful Instagram Post

"I hope we can all learn to embrace who we are & not judge people who aren't exactly the same as us," wrote Keiynan Lonsdale.

Keiynan Lonsdale is done with “apologizing for falling in love with people no matter their gender.”

The 25-year-old “The Flash” star, who plays Wally West (aka Kid Flash) on the hit CW show, opened up about his sexuality in a powerful Instagram post on Saturday.

“I like to take risks with how I dress, I like girls, & I like guys (yes), I like growing, I like learning, I like who I am and I really like who I’m becoming,” he wrote in the post, which garnered almost 80,000 likes and nearly 6,000 comments from fans as of Monday afternoon.

Lonsdale, who grew up in Australia and also starred in the ABC series “Dance Academy” and the blockbuster “Divergent: Allegiant,” was also inundated by messages of support on Twitter.

On Saturday afternoon, he responded to the messages he received with a tweet advising his fans to “give that same love back to yourselves.”

There’s nothing quite as beautiful as witnessing someone express who they truly are. Congratulations, Keiynan.
