After a tough couple of weeks, Khloe Kardashian is ready to get back to work.

In a post titled "A note from Khloé" on her website, the reality TV star thanked her loyal "dolls" for all of their support when she "needed some time off."

Thank you dolls SO much for your patience while I needed some time off. I'm excited to be back in the mix bringing you some awesome content. Your love and support has meant the world to me. xoxo, Khloé

For the past few weeks, Khloe has spent time supporting her estranged husband, Lamar Odom, during his hospitalization.

Kardashian was said to be "inconsolable" after Odom was found unconscious at a brothel Oct. 13. After rushing to Odom's hospital bedside to be with him and sharing messages of support, the Kardashian family issued a statement that they would be putting their websites and apps on hiatus.

Odom has since made considerable strides in his recovery and is said to be breathing on his own and starting physical therapy. Khloe issued her first statement after Odom's ordeal on Oct. 20, writing on her website, "The past week has been incredibly difficult. I am so thankful to family, friends and fans, who have sent nothing but prayers and well wishes to Lamar."

Khloe was recently spotted at sister Kim Kardashian's baby shower on Sunday. Kim's shower was originally supposed to be the weekend before, but was postponed due to Odom's condition.
